Didn't think it was possible to top last year's "Flower City Flicks" but I was wrong! Every single one of the shorts was WELL done, with amazing production value!

I think "Judgement Day" and "Family Secrets" could be fleshed-out into full-length films!

I agree with Michael's opening statement, that the quality of FCF has come a long way. This is a great display of the creative talent we have around Rochester!

I have to agree... This year there were lots of gems of local talent. Hens and Chicks was really touching, and probably my favorite of those shown, but all of them were really great this year.

Fabulous, high quality lineup this year. I understand why the jurors had a hard time.

25 Random Things ... was funny!
Kiss was poignant. Good.
Roger is a Space Queer was interesting.
Family Secrets - I feel bad for Stan Main.
Ms. Thing - love the concept.
Judgment Day was deceivingly simple. But there's more than meets the eye.
Hens and Chicks - Good "Pride & Joy" flick.
You Belong With Me - Awww! Chicken sweet!

Michael's note:
Stan Main's film got cut off towards the end. If you are interested in seeing the last minute of the film, you can check it out at www.speedhump.com.

Please preview the program AT the locations BEFORE the Festival. [really mad face]

Michael's response:
The projectionist did. But since he has never seen the films before, he did not know that there was something missing.

Even though we did not see the end of Family Secrets, you can see from a mile away that the father is also a crossdresser. Am I right?

Michael's response:
Uhm, you 'll have to check Stan Main's link to see the ending for yourself. =)
